Soho Tax + Accounting was formed by Jaime Sturm and Jacob Shurin in 2018. Years of managerial experience at a leading accounting and taxation firm gave Jaime and Jacob the understanding and insight to develop new methods in tax resolution and filing efficiency. Jaime and Jacob’s goal was to start a firm that put the client’s ease of mind first while keeping processing friction at a minimum.
Jaime and Jacob both hold Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting from the City University of New York and are registered tax preparers with the Internal Revenue Service. Jaime is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the New York State Education Department.
